Site safety assessments are part of Zoom Trainings service. Experienced consultants will conduct Job Safety Assessments (JSA’s) on behalf of every client. The purpose of aJSA is to assist in providing clients with an OH & S compliant workplace. This minimises Work-Safe issues whilst practicing "duty of care' for candidates.
Candidate Inductions
Zoom Recruitment & Consulting candidates undertake an induction process that outlines the nature of temporary work and their role within it; Zoom Recruitment & Consulting and the temporary person’s obligations under Occupational Health and Safety legislation; the likely duties involved in the temporary assignments they may be offered; timesheet and payroll procedures; Zoom Recruitment & Consulting policies and procedures for discrimination, harassment and dispute resolution; and injury management procedures in the event of a work related injury.
In addition, temporary candidates are required to view an OH&S video or CD-ROM on work safety essentials and complete a 15-question assessment to confirm their understanding.
Zoom Recruitment & Consulting partners with our clients to ensure a seamless induction process that includes familiarisation with our clients' worksites. We tailor our approach to suit individual client requirements.
Student and Client Special Needs
Special needs will be identified through initial contact with reception staff, receipt of application materials, and orientation events prior to the commencement of training and or assessment.
Students/Clients shall understand prerequisites for course participation prior to completing an application. Details are displayed in brochures and on this webpage and students/clients may book an evaluation needs or orientation session with a training consultant prior to participating in the course.
